I am looking forward to the next version of CRM due out this summer. We have used it for two small internal projects. One quirk about the current 3.0 version is having to install each CRM instance on it’s own server. I have heard that this won’t be the case with 4.0 which should really help the product scale. Although CRM is typically used in sales/marketing arena, it has been useful in one off solutions here and I think 4.0 will build on that.
