Try to use DameWare instead of OpenVPN - it is very cool. I'm using it a lot within my organizataion (200+ PCs and notebooks), and it really simplify the administration (I'm not related with DameWare in any way :-) ). The main advantage: you don't have to install the client on the remote machine - if you know user's credentials it would be installed remotely. And it's faster... Distadvantages: you have to pay for it :-)</description>
